This enhances, but does not overpower, their natural nutty flavour. The seeds are also soaked and activated whole and naked, before being gently dry roasted to make them more digestible for those with a sensitive stomach. Pumpkin seeds are incredibly good for you, being considered a ‘superfood’ due to their high nutrient content.
