Nutra Organics make it easy and convenient to access all the goodness of bone broth with their wide range of beef bone broth powders. They’ve done the hard work for you - roasted beef bones are added to filtered water and apple cider vinegar (to maximise mineral extraction) then slow cooked for 48 hours. The broth is then strained for impurities and the fat skimmed off of the top. Finally, it’s gently refractance dried into a powder, taking care to preserve the nutritional profile. All that’s left for you to do is open the packet!

USAGE

Simply add 1 small tablespoon (8 g) to 200mL of boiling water for a hearty cup of goodness. Use as a base for soups, stews, sauces, and gravies for nutrition and taste. Make a broth bowl by adding 1 serve of bone broth to 200mL water per person. Bring to the boil and add a selection of veggies, protein, and noodles. Serve hot.
